Personal information you give to us:
When you become ICNM member, we collect information about you including (but not limited to) your name, your work address (including your country location), and your email address. We process your personal information for membership administration, to deliver member benefits to you, and to inform you of our annual event.
- Registration for annual event
If you register for our events, we will collect your name and contact information, which we will store in our database and use to provide you with information and services associated with the event.
If you are a presenter at one of our events, we will collect information about you including your name, contact information and photograph.
We keep a record of your participation in ICNM events as an attendee, speaker/poster presenter, exhibitor, sponsor. This information may be used to provide you with membership information or to notify you about other events and updates.
Data you provide while registering may be processed by our third-party supplier to facilitate organising the upcoming event.
After the event data can be used to send any relevant follow-up documentation including requests for feedback and information or invitations relating to the next occurrence of the event.
- Newsletter subscription
We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our e-ewsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please Mailchimp Privacy Notice.
- Your correspondence with ICNM
If you correspond with us by email, the postal service, or other form of communication, we may retain such correspondence and the information contained in it and use it to respond to your inquiry; to notify you of ICNM annual events. Note: if you ask ICNM not to contact you by email at a certain email address, ICNM will retain a copy of that email address on its “ do not send” list in order to comply with your no-contact request.

All e-mail messages sent to e-mail newsletter subscribers contain a link that allows you to unsubscribe or to modify your profile. You may subscribe or unsubscribe to e-mail communication from ICNM at any time.
